• Bailey has a panel consisting of three other people who help him make choices regarding Bailey's Bikes for kid's recipients.

• By accepting a Bailey's Bike you agree that the recipient will always wear a properly fitted, secure helmet when riding, if they do not have a helmet Bailey will provide them with one.

• By accepting a Bailey's Bike you agree to the use of recipients image on our website, social media platforms and in correspondence with sponsors.

• If your Bailey's Bike is in safe condition when you have out grown it you must pay it forward and give to another child or give it back to Baileys Bikes for us to pass on to another Kid.

• Above all you must BE KIND, BE SAFE and HAVE FUN!!!!!!!
